The Genesis of Interchange started in July 2005, I embarked on a transformative two-day workshop called “The Art of Possibility,” led by Benjamin Zander, the renowned conductor of the Boston PhIn July 2005, I embarked on a transformative journey that began with a two-day workshop called “The Art of Possibility.” This workshop was led by the renowned conductor of the Boston Philharmonic, Benjamin Zander, and Rosamund Stone Zander, a pioneer in leadership and relationships. This experience profoundly impacted me, blending music and innovative paradigms for personal and professional fulfillment in a way that deeply resonated with me.
Central to the workshop was a grand piano, an instrument that has been close to my heart since I started playing at age seven. The exquisite sounds of the piano added a personal touch to the experience, making the insights gained even more memorable. By the end of the first day, I had several life-changing “aha” moments. By the second day, I had embraced a mindset of possibility, transforming the way I approached every aspect of my life.
This shift in perspective perfectly aligned with my entrepreneurial, free-spirited, and creative nature. It enabled me to see challenges as opportunities and to find meaning and answers even in difficult times. This journey of unlocking possibilities made me realise my true calling: to help others discover and unlock their own potential. Thus, The Genesis of Interchange was born.
